Our client is one of the most established practices in the area, providing a timely, pragmatic and high-quality service offering. Their clients range from colleges, developers, end users, institutions, trusts and universities. Current projects are valued between £5 million and £200 million.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be delivering projects within the education, life and science and media sector, working alongside senior members of the team and Directors as well as handling high-end projects of your own. Your responsibilities will include brief developments, managing and planning for expenditure for projects over the construction stage, winning repeat business through providing excellent service delivery, nurturing and developing new relationships with clients and stakeholders, monitoring projects budget and profit, run and lead client and other required meetings etc.
You must have a university degree in Construction Management or a related field and desirably a Member of a Professional Institute. Having previously overseen large-scale projects you can really hit the ground running and begin to create an impact at full tilt. You will be well presented, articulate, concise and quietly confident in all that you undertake and have a "team attitude", be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required.
