As a Senior Construction Project Manager you will play a key role in leading and managing complex construction projects within the education, commercial, and residential sectors. You will work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. Your expertise and leadership skills will be crucial in driving projects forward, managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively as well as overseeing all project phases, including feasibility studies, design development, tendering, construction and handover.

Requirements

•  Proven experience as a construction project manager, preferably within the higher education, science and technology sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Sound understanding of project budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
