ApplyAmazing opportunity for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to work across either Manchester/Warrington/Liverpool office, for a multi-disciplined international construction consultancy working across sectors including education, residential and commercial property.
About the Role

As the Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor you will work across our Manchester, Liverpool and Warrington offices working closely with the MEP lead to support the MEP quantity surveying department within our cost management property team. Responsibilities will include both pre and post contract duties such as feasibility and viability advice as well as cost management.
About You
The successful candidate will have a RICS accredited degree and ideally be chartered or have 'learnt by experience'. You will have in depth knowledge and experience of Mechanical and Electrical systems across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial office, hospitality & education. Heritage experience is an advantage but not essential. Since you'll be working closely with the MEP lead and team members as well as clients it is key that you have strong communication skills.
