About the role

This success is thanks to the unmatchable level of care that they provide to each client, enabling them to work on over 70 long-term framework agreements with clients including Russell Group universities, F1 Teams, Jaguar, Rolls Royce and the National Gallery.
As a Senior M&E QS in the Oxford office you'll play a leading role in the team, delivering a variety of projects including large industrial and commercial schemes with contract values over £30 million to smaller schemes and working in interesting public and private sectors including; healthcare, insurance, government & military sites, etc.
About you
The successful candidate will have a degree qualification RICS accredited or equivalent and ideally be MRICS or going through their APC. Ideally you’ve worked in a property consultancy however someone from a construction background would also be suitable.

• £60,000-£70,000 per annum
