Our client, a rapidly scaling, well-funded end-user operator, is seeking an experienced Project Lead / Project Manager to deliver an ambitious programme of construction projects within the office and science sectors.

The Role:

As the Project Lead / Project Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering a robust programme of works, managing multiple projects from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and leading a client-focused project team
• Establishing a Project Management Office (PMO), including implementing systems and procedures to ensure project success.
• Managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the office and science sectors to drive solutions and overcome challenges.
• Leading with adaptability and ensuring high levels of communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the programme.

About You:

We're looking for an experienced and personable Project Manager who is:

• Highly adaptable, with a proven ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Solution-focused, with a keen ability to anticipate challenges and drive innovative resolutions.
• A strong leader, capable of building, motivating, and managing teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Experienced in delivering complex projects within the office or science sectors.
• Technically grounded, with a background in building surveying, quantity surveying, or building services being highly advantageous.
• It is anticipated that you will be professional qualified with the RICS, RIBA, CIBSE, MAPM, CIOB etc...
• Comfortable with travel.
