Read MoreWe are recruiting for a leading property consultancy who is seeking a chartered building surveyor with experience in commercial property and dealing with private clients. If you enjoy managing large scale projects, TDD, dilapidations and business development, then the following is for you.
You will be working alongside a specialist and traditional building surveying team, who are responsible for instructions across Kent and the South-East.
Working closely with the partners, you will play a vital role in managing key relationships and overseeing a small team.
The workload is made up of dilapidations, TDD, technical advisory, project monitoring, project management, contract administration. You will encompass, building surveys, and pre-acquisition surveys. On occasion you will play a part in delivering some of these services, however the core focus is on team management and client retention.
About You
You will be a chartered building surveyor (MRICS) with proven experience in dilapidations and project related matters. It is important that you have experience in dealing with private sector clients and have managed projects valued from £1 to £10m. The opportunity will be client facing, so it is imperative that you are confident in dealing with clients directly and are able to provide concise commercial advice.
