Carriera is excited to partner with an independent multi-disciplinary construction consultancy who operate across 8 offices in the UK with a headcount of 1200+ construction professionals. Due to impressive growth plans and a number of large project wins they are in the position to hire an experienced Senior CDM Advisor to join the team out of the London office (hybrid working promoted across the business with 2 - 3 days in the office per week).
Our client works across a varied portfolio of projects within the built environment, with organisations such as Royal Household, Land Securities, and the Crown Estate to name a few. Along with large scale redevelopments of South East London and a £600m mixed used scheme in the heart of the capital.
The business is looking to hire an ambitious Senior CDM Advisor/ Principal Designer to join the team and make an impact on these projects and many more, this is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking individual to join an innovative consultancy during an exciting period of growth.
