Role: Senior CDM Advisor

Location: London office - hybrid working environment (3 days in the office)

Salary: Up to £70,000 (DOE) + excellent benefits package + bonus scheme

Carriera has partnered with a well-established independent property & construction consultancy who operate across London & Home Counties. Our client offers a variety of professional services to their clients in the built environment including - building surveying, quantity surveying, project management, and H&S/ CDM.

Our client is recruiting for a Senior CDM Advisor to join their team in Central London working on a portfolio of innovative and award-winning projects. The business prides itself on its long-standing relationships with architects, designers, developers and contractors across the South East. The successful applicant will oversee commercial and super prime residential schemes for our client typically located in zone 1.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation which is going through an exciting period of growth, the role would suit someone from a consultancy setting or a H&S professional who is working for a Principal Contractor and looking to make a move into the world of consultancy.

Responsibilities:

• Offer a variety of health & safety services to a diverse client base.
• Carryout risk assessments, site inspections and site audits. 
• Manage the H&S file from project inception through to completion.
• Review construction phase plans.
• Maintain pre construction information packs for the client.
• Attend design team and client meetings resolving design related H&S issues.
• Provide a CDM Advisor service to clients and offer advice on 2015 CDM Regulations.
• Develop new and existing client relationships.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable).
• NEBOSH Construction or equivalent (essential).
• APS membership (desirable).
• IOSH membership.
• Excellent knowledge of 2015 CDM regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
