Role: Senior CDM Consultant
Location: Home base - travel on a regional and national basis
Salary: Up to £55,000 + car allowance (£5,000) + travel expenses + excellent benefits package

Carriera is excited to partner with a property & construction consultancy who operate throughout UK. They are looking to bring on board an experienced Senior CDM/ H&S Consultant to provide a CDM advisor service to their clients within the built environment. The successful post holder will be tasked with growing the service offering for the organisation with expectations that they will take control of the CDM team and become the Head of CDM for the business.
Our client operates across various sectors but has long standing relationships in the residential, education, commercial, healthcare, retail, leisure, local government and industrial space. The organisation is interested in speaking with experienced and competent Senior CDM/ H&S professionals to join the team covering projects on a regional and national basis (this would be a home based role, with expectations that the person travels to projects across England). The organisation is ideally looking for a well-rounded H&S professional who has experience of delivering a variety of health & safety services within the property & construction sector.
