Senior Building Surveyor/Fire Consultant

Join one of Kent's leading practices as a Senior Building Surveyor/Fire consultant. You will work on exclusive schemes across the South East managing a unique client portfolio including some of the UK's largest developers, investors and financial institutions.

The multi-discipline practice proudly offers accurate construction advice across the built environment. An energetic, sociable and friendly bunch, the building surveying team plays an integral part of the practice's success. They boast having industry experts and specialists throughout the division.

As a Senior Building Surveyor/Fire Consultant you will undertake a mixture of both roles. You will work on traditional building surveying responsibilities including contract administration, planned maintenance programmes, schedule of works and defect analysis. Along with cladding programmes, external wall systems reports (EWS1) and fire risk assessments. This role has elements of client facing and advising duties.

Senior Building Surveyor/Fire Consultant

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
• Ideally MRICS
• Proven fire cladding/risk assessment experience
• Strong technical knowledge
• Client facing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver's licence
