A leading real estate adviser is looking to grow their building consultancy department with the addition of a Senior Building Surveyor. The innovative organisation boasts employing over 150 professionals across 8 offices. Due to continued success organic growth and expansion has led to an opportunity arising.

The commercially focused practice is looking for a confident Senior Building Surveyor to lead several multi-million pound schemes across the South Coast. You will play a key and integral role liaising with important stakeholders and spotting new business opportunities. The client base is diverse and has interesting mix of private companies, PLCS and high-net worth individuals. The work is varied and ranges from surveys and schedules, through to contract administration, project management and dilapidations.

Senior Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• Commercially aware
• Client facing
• A confident business developer with existing and new clients
• Strong technical knowledge
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Full UK driver's licence
