A multi-discipline practice in Birmingham is looking to add a Senior Building Surveyor to their consultancy department. The practice boasts employing over 800 professionals across 13 different offices. An extremely respected organisation who manages a diverse client portfolio including National Gallery, Rolls Royce and the Royal National Lifeboat Institution. The organisation operates in over ten sectors including commercial, industrial, residential and education.

The role:

This is a generic building surveying role the provides good exposure across the project discipline. You will lead schemes from inception to completion whilst managing external stakeholder relationships. Other duties also include contract administration, planned maintenance programmes, schedules of condition and defect analysis.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Proven project experience
• Excellent verbal written communication skills
• Full UK driver's licence
