An award winning multi-discipline practice in London Bridge is looking to grow their Building Consultancy division with the addition of a Senior Building Surveyor. The firm offers accurate construction advice across the private residential, commercial and education sectors.

My client boasts a reputable reputation, they employee over 300 staffs across eight offices in the UK. The building consultancy division plays an integral part of the firm's success, the team is made of a close-knit friendly team of professionals.

This is a generic building surveying role which focuses on projects, the successful Senior Building Surveyor will have strong technical knowledge and come from a proven background. You will deliver several programmes from inception to completion whilst managing stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities include contract administration, schedules of condition, planned maintenance programmes and feasibility studies.

Senior Building Surveyor

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Proven project experience
• Self-motivated 'positive' mentality
• Excellent verbal and excellent communication skills
• Full UK driver's licence
