Senior Building Surveyor / Party Wall Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for a senior building surveyor / party wall surveyor who is keen to develop their career and play an instrumental part, in helping develop an already established department for a consultancy in London Blackfriars.

The business is an innovative and forward-thinking consultancy, with a very impressive track record of delivering building surveying and project management services to a portfolio of private clients. These clients range from blue-chip corporate occupiers, developers, estates, and institutional investors. The business employs 25 professionals and is led by a charismatic, entrepreneurial managing director and supported by three Directors leading the traditional service lines. Due to continued success, and a longstanding employee being promoted. They are looking for a creative, ambitious business winner.

You will be responsible for delivering a mix of building surveying and party wall awards, including traditional services such as: contract administration, project management, surveys, and schedules of condition, through to liaising with developers, landlords or adjoining owners, preparing, and serving party wall notices & more.

You will be MRICS/MFPWS Ideally at a senior/associate level. You will have a good reputation and proven ability in delivery and management. Experience in building surveying and party wall, with strong communications skills, who is highly motivated, a natural leader and negotiator who is looking to make an impact.
