An independent multi-discipline practice in Guildford is looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Senior Building Surveyor. My client is a friendly, close-knit and sociable team of professionals. They pride themselves on delivering accurate construction advice across the built environment.
This is a traditional building surveying role, you will lead projects from inception to completion whilst managing external stakeholder relationships. The team is undertaking schemes in the education and residential sectors. Programmes range from £25k - £1.5million.
We are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor who has proven project experience. Extensions, refurbishments and repairs are all responsibilities the building surveying team is currently overseeing. Work is in the local Guildford and Surrey area.
