Are you Senior Building Surveyor who resides in Shropshire? A personable multi-discipline practice is looking to grow the team with the addition of a Senior Building Surveyor. My client is an established practice who prides themselves in delivering accurate advice. Market leaders who dominate the local construction industry. They boast a team of over 20 friendly and sociable professionals who specialise in the commercial, residential, rural and leisure sectors.

The role:

This is a generic building surveying role that encompasses both professional and project disciplines. You will lead schemes from inception to completion whilst managing external stakeholder relationships. The work is in Shropshire and local home counties, project values range from £50k - £2million. Office fit outs, distribution centres, Grade I & II listed buildings and private residential are a list of structures the team is managing.

• Contract administration
• Schedules of condition
• Building surveys
• Planned maintenance programmes
• Refurbishment
• Project management
• Party wall matters
• Reinstatement cost assessment
• Feasibility studies

Senior Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong technical knowledge
• Full UK driver's licence
