Are you a Senior Building Surveyor who resides in Northampton? An established multi-discipline practice is looking to add a Senior Building Surveyor to their team. My client is a reputable consultancy, they pride themselves in delivering accurate advice across the built environment. The office boasts over 20 construction professionals who work across the commercial, residential and industrial sectors.

The role:

This is traditional building surveying role which encompasses both professional and project disciplines. You will lead exclusive schemes from inception to completion. The team is delivering programmes across Northamptonshire and surrounding home counties. Projects range from £200k - £3million. Negotiating dilapidations, office fit outs and maintenance repairs on mansion blocks are duties the division is currently managing.

Senior Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fee earning experience
• Strong technical knowledge
• Full UK driver's licence
