Read MoreA Landed Estate is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor MRICS to join on an interim contract basis. The role is due to last six months however the role can be extended on further. This is a predominately project focused role working you will lead the refurbishment on the Estates prestigious portfolio which includes commercial spaces, halls and high-end residential structures.
We are looking for a proven professional who has first-hand client facing experience, you will liaise with external stakeholders, managing schemes from inception to completion and provide detailed progress reports to the Head of Property.
Responsibilities include planned maintenance programmes, schedules of condition, refurbishment, contract administration and project management.
