Senior Building Surveyor - Commercial

A prestigious real estate firm is looking to add a Senior Building Surveyor to their building consultancy department. The successful organisation is located within the heart of the capital, my client boasts modern open plan offices. Commercial and industrial specialists, the building consultancy division manages a slick client portfolio.

This is a versatile building surveying role that encompasses both the professional and project disciplines. Typical responsibilities include office fit outs CAT A, schedules of dilapidations (landlord & tenant), planned maintenance programmes and survey schemes. You will deliver projects from inception to completion, whilst managing stakeholder relationships. Project values range up to £20 million.

You the successful Senior Building Surveyor will come from a commercial background and be confident client facing. The team comprises of friendly and sociable professionals, a healthy mixture of grads and chartered building surveyors. You will be offered the opportunity to continue personal and career development through a growth incentive. This will include taking on further responsibilities, mentoring junior members and achieve financial targets.

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
• Commercially aware
• Strong technical knowledge
• Proven fee earner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive 'proactive' mentality
• Full UK driver's licence
