A multi-discipline practice in Barnet is looking to add a Senior Building Surveyor to their team. The division is leading schemes across North London, Hertfordshire and the surrounding home counties. The department is providing accurate construction advice across the public residential, education and commercial sectors. You the successful Senior Building Surveyor will lead several multi-million pound schemes. Duties include planned maintenance programmes, contract administration, building surveys and refurbishment. Project values range from £200k - £3million.

This is great opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor who has the appetite to continue personal and professional progression. You will be offered a transparent pathway to full Partnership status. This practice has a strong emphasis in development, they support their employees achieve construction related accreditations.  

Senior Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS or MCIOB qualified
• Proven project experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated skills
• Full UK driver's licence
