Senior Building Surveyor

Senior Building Surveyor is required to join an award winning multi-discipline practice in Reading. My client is looking to grow their building consultancy division with a proven individual to assist them with residential, commercial and education projects.

A friendly and sociable department who are all invested in progression and delivering accurate advice. You the successful Senior Building Surveyor will be joining a professional environment undertaking schemes across Berkshire. Responsibilities include planned maintenance programmes, reinstatement cost assessments, contract administration and schedules of works.

This is a generic building surveying role you will be required to support the Lead Partner with daily tasks including liaising with clients, making strategic decisions and managing junior members. You will deliver projects from inception to completion whilst spotting processes to make the team more efficient.

Senior Building Surveyor

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Proven project experience
• Driven 'proactive' mentality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver's licence
