Excellent opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to join one of the largest independent building consultancies in the UK. An opening in the Birmingham office has arisen for a talented professional to join specialising in the commercial sector.

A contemporary organisation who prides themselves on delivering accurate construction advice in the built environment. My client boasts over 700 staff across 12 offices nationwide, clients include leading sector specialists, investors, private property companies and high net worth individuals.

This is a generic building surveying role, you will lead several multi-million pound schemes from inception to completion whilst managing stakeholder relationships. Projects range from £300k - £2millon across Birmingham and surrounding home counties. Responsibilities include contract administration, reinstatement cost assessments, office fit outs, TDD/building surveys and design specification.

Senior Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Commercially aware
• Strong technical knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK drivers licence
