Significant opportunity for Senior Building Surveyor, who is passionate about project management, to join this prevalent building consultancy in the heart of the city, London. As a progressive and forward thinking commercial specialist they are looking to expand their team, to help continue providing top tier, accurate advice across the built environment.

They are known as commercial, retail and logistics experts, who deliver best in class building surveying and project management services,  successfully leading  schemes up to £100m from inception to completion. 

This is a project focused role which offers full of exposure client , responsibility and opportunity to win and develop new relationships. You will manage a prestigious client portfolio and will be offered full autonomy on future instructions. The majority of work is in London/ south east but they travel for key relationships and opportunities.

We are looking for an invested and experienced chartered building surveyor, who has exacting standards, a relaxed professional approach and is keen to make a difference. You will be commercially aware and come from a proven background in private practice, a client facing and business minded professional who can actively manage multiple instructions.
