This company offers comprehensive building consultancy and property management services on a national scale, catering to a diverse portfolio of commercial clients. Their clientele predominantly includes institutions, pension funds, insurance companies, and property managers, among others. The need for this position arises from the sustained and consistent growth of the company.
The Opportunity
This role entails the management of a wide spectrum of building surveying tasks covering various properties such as office, retail, and industrial spaces. You'll handle a balanced workload that encompasses both project management and professional services. As a contract administrator, you'll oversee projects typically ranging up to £30 million. Professional services will involve providing advice on defect diagnosis, dilapidations, due diligence, pre-acquisition surveys, and more.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a chartered building surveyor qualified by RICS, bringing in-depth experience from a consultancy or private practice. You should thrive in a team environment, possessing excellent communication skills, and be adept at independently managing projects. Your drive, ambition, and confidence in handling tasks will be key assets in this role.
