Carriera has been exclusively engaged by a specialist property consultancy located in the heart of London.
This presents a prime opportunity for a senior building surveyor to become part of a privately-owned firm led by an experienced team of partners. Here, your progression will be based on your skills and capabilities, not just your years of service.
This well-established consultancy boasts a history of over a century, offering a comprehensive array of property consultancy services to an impressive clientele in the commercial and residential sectors. Their services encompass building consultancy, planning and development, commercial agency, property management, and more.
The opening has arisen due to a surge in project demand. Projects span a wide spectrum, including project monitoring for CAT A & B Fitouts, project management for repairs to historic properties on behalf of livery companies, and professional services like dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, and party wall matters.
The ideal candidate for this role will be MRICS certified, a persuasive communicator capable of contributing to business growth while providing the aforementioned services. Attention to detail, strong relationship-building skills, and a background in the commercial or high-end residential sector are essential.
In return, the company offers a competitive basic salary of up to £55,000, accompanied by an enticing bonus structure, pension scheme, healthcare coverage, exclusive discounts, and more.
