The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be offered the chance to work in modern offices located in the heart of the City. The organisation has an open hybrid working model, you will be given continued support to progress personally and professionally.

The London team boasts over 300 professionals, they are a sector focused business operating in commercial, residential, education, sports and retail spaces. A position has arisen for a competent high calibre Senior Building Surveyor to join the divison. You will tasked with providing a variety of services across the professional and project disciplines.

Senior Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• Strong technical knowledge
• Leadership/team management experience
• Good understanding of JCT contracts
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Client relationship skills
