Senior Building Surveyor

I am exclusively working with an independent multi-discipline practice, we are looking to add a Senior Building Surveyor to strengthen the department.

The West End based organisation boasts seven offices across the UK, they provide a wide variety of construction services across the built environment. The group promotes a focused, sociable and rewarding working culture. The London team is 30 professionals strong and work across the commercial and residential sectors.

The opportunity is to support the current Building Surveying Partner with the daily running of the team. You will manage important stakeholders and spot new business opportunities. You will be given the platform to manage and grow your own team with the support from the firm.

You the Senior Building Surveyor will be a confident and competent expert, strong technical knowledge and be commercially aware. Previous leadership or management experience is desirable. An individual who is business minded, savy and a real 'go getter' is what the Partner is seeking. The business offers a lucrative bonus scheme which handsomely rewards hard work.
