Senior Building Surveyor

A boutique building surveying specialist in the city is looking to grow their already impressive team with the addition of a Senior Building Surveyor.

The forward-thinking slick practice has gone from strength to strength, they are currently managing a prestigious client portfolio including developers, high net individuals and blue-chip corporations. Due to organic growth and a healthy pipeline of instructions an opportunity in the building surveying team has arisen.

The role is predominately working across the prime residential sector undertaking multiple surveying services. The successful Senior Building Surveyor will undertake refurbishment and maintenance programmes across Zone 1. Typical structures range from mansion blocks, large estates and Grade I & II listed buildings. Project values range from £200k - £2million.

Senior Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• Proven project experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self sufficient 'motivated'
