Senior Building Surveyor

A North London based Building Surveying specialist is looking to grow their team with the addition of a Senior Building Surveyor. The personable organisation is looking for a confident professional to lead several schemes across London.

You the successful Senior Building Surveyor will encompass all forms of building surveying and deliver advice across the commercial and residential sectors. As this is a client facing opportunity you will play an integral part in stakeholder management. You will manage a varied client base which includes developers, occupiers and blue-chip organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing schedules of dilapidations (landlord & tenant)
• Conducting technical due diligence and condition building surveys
• Managing refurbishment and planned maintenance programmes
• Contract administration JCT, site inspections and progress reports
• Providing technical advice and expertise to clients
• Undertaking project management duties, establishing integral relationships and liaising with external stakeholders

Senior Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• Commercially aware
• Minimum of 18 months in similar role
• Interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Driven
