Senior Building Surveyor

Our client is a well-respected multi-discipline practice located in the heart of the capital. We are working together to secure a Senior Building Surveyor to join a vibrant Building Consultancy department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of building surveying services across Zone 1 and 2. Project values range from £200k - £27 million.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing schedules of dilapidations (landlord & tenant)
• Conducting technical due diligence and condition building surveys
• Managing refurbishment and planned maintenance programmes
• Contract administration JCT, site inspections and progress reports
• Providing technical advice and expertise to clients
• Undertaking project management duties, establishing integral relationships and liaising with external stakeholders

Senior Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• Minimum three year's experience in commercial building surveying organisation
• Strong technical experience in dilapidations, contract administration and TDD
• Commercially aware
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
