Carriera has partnered with a leading property & construction consultancy who operate across the UK. The business has a rich history with 13 offices throughout the country, boasting a headcount of 1500+ employees, and offering a variety of professional services to their clients in the built environment.
Our client has a successful fire consultancy department based from their Birmingham office which currently turns over £1.5m. They are looking to appoint a Senior Associate to lead a team of 7 fire engineers and to grow and develop this part of the business.
They require a senior level Fire Safety professional to lead its fire engineering/ fire assurance department. You will be involved in projects in the commercial, defence, education, healthcare, hotel, leisure, infrastructure, transportation, heritage, residential, retail, and manufacturing sectors.
You will be tasked with developing the business unit further and its core services which includes fire risk assessing, development of retrospective fire strategies on existing buildings and structures, project management of remedial works, FRAEW's, façade/ cladding, compartmentation surveys etc.
In return you will be given full support to enable you deliver a seamless service and grow a strong business unit. You will also receive excellent compensation by way of package and a clear and fruitful bonus structure.
