We have a fantastic opportunity for chartered building surveyor, who is project focused, to join a partnership and work within the prime and super-prime residential sector.
About the position
Our client is a small but well-established building consultancy, providing building surveying, cost and project management services through their network of offices. They are progressive, considered, people orientated practice that challenge the status quo and are market influencers.
The partner that leads the private residential division, is brilliant, his network and client base is top drawer and the calibre of work and instructions, breath taking. This is an opportunity to work with signature architects, known interior designers and deliver bespoke homes, buildings, re-imagine estates and environments within London, the home counties and occasionally internationally.
Duties will include pre-acquisition advice, development advice, professional team selection, project management services and team mentoring. The position is based in London but will cover the home counties and they offer a solid flexible working policy.
About you
You will have a degree within Building Surveying, and either working towards or gained your membership with RICS. You will have both project and professional experience, as well as contract administration and ideally worked as a project manager on larger projects.
