Our Client have a world-class portfolio of technical facilities and have won a number of intriguing new contracts. In addition to developing manufacturing and F1 teams’ facilities, educational buildings, hotels, recreational and stadia structures, offices, and private one-off projects, the architecture team has a variety of experience. This results in a diversified and interesting practise.

Responsibilities:

Our client now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated architect/architectural assistant to join their skilled architecture team and work on workplace design projects for high profile design clients across multiple sectors, each presenting their own design opportunities and responses. This is due to the continued growth in demand for their expertise.

You will be situated at their offices in the heart of Manchester, where there are over 80 employees working across a wide range of specialties, such as architecture, project management, cost management, building surveying, and engineering.

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams through design leadership
• strong technical details and design skills; expertise with Revit is required
• sophisticated 3D abilities
• Effective communication skills in writing, writing with graphics, and speaking/presenting feasibility reports and design proposals
• understanding of UK best practises
• After graduation experience
• Applicants must be able to show a thorough comprehension of the most recent office space planning principles, interior design, and meeting design requirements.
