Role: Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant

Location: Stafford - remote home based

Salary: £25,000 + Industry leading commission structure

Sector: Fire Safety (property & construction sector)

Carriera is recruiting for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join the business and work remotely with our team based in Stafford. Over the last 2 years our Health & Safety, CDM (construction design management) and Fire Safety desk has grown rapidly, and we are now in the position to hire a consultant to join the team and oversee fire safety recruitment.

We are a market-leading recruitment consultancy providing executive search and strategy recruitment solutions to clients and candidates throughout the UK. We pride ourselves on our deep understanding of the industry and our long-standing relationships with our clients. Over the last 2 years we have developed excellent relationships with some of the UK's most well-respected property & construction consultancies and fire safety practices.

This position invites strong candidates with a background in recruitment, ideally having previously worked within the construction sector. You will need to be focused, articulate, proactive and full of drive and energy to further expand not only this growing practice area but the wider business.
