Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Consultant (Fire Safety) required to join busy and rapidly growing property and construction recruitment firm

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Health and Safety, Fire Safety/CDM appointments team and to help grow and expand this area of our expertise. We are a market-leading recruitment consultancy providing search and strategy recruitment solutions to clients and candidates throughout the UK. We pride ourselves on our deep understanding of the industry and our long-standing relationships with our clients.

The role

With the benefit of being a forward thinking, dynamic business we promote agile working, we have offices in Central London that provide a landing pad to work from when in town, as well as meet our candidate and clients. Carriera has a proven track record in providing strong candidates within the Health and Safety, Fire Consultancy and CDM profession, this position invites motivated candidates with a background in recruitment, ideally having previously worked on appointments where there is a focus on proactive candidate generation. You will need to be focused, articulate, competitive and full of drive and energy to further expand not only this growing practice area but the wider business.

About you

Ideally you will be an experienced recruitment consultant, recruitment professional or have some recruitment experienced twinned with a different background in the working world. You will also have a degree or higher education qualification.
