As a Quantity Surveyor you will join our East Midlands team in the Nottingham Office and will get the opportunity to work on a diverse and exciting range of projects and programmes of work from £1m to £50m+ supporting a variety of high profile local and national clients. We pride ourselves on providing a premium service to these clients so you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to build and develop relationships.
About You
The successful candidate will be MRICS or working towards final APC sitting in the next 12 months. Ideally you will have experience in either retail, corporate real estate, or residential sectors, working for a professional quantity surveying/cost management consultancy business, with a demonstrable track record of delivering a high-quality service. Day to day your role will include pre and post contract duties as well as collaborating with other service teams.
