Amazing opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a fast growing, dynamic construction consultancy working on projects in the North of England from multiple sectors.
About the role

Functioning from 3 offices they provide cost and project management services to their clients, both long standing and developing relationships.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will join the team in the Sunderland office working on a variety of projects within the North of the UK (so no driving up and down the country!) from sectors: education, healthcare, leisure, student accommodation, retail and commercial. You will work both autonomously managing your own projects as well as collaboratively with colleagues.
About you
You will have a relevant RICS accredited construction degree and a minimum of 3-4 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor from a consultancy background. Enthuasiam, drive and ambition are key in the successful candidate as my client invests heavily in each individual's future.

- Salary circa £45-55k per annum DOE
- RICS fees and support/mentorship for APC if not yet chartered
