Opportunity for a newly chartered Quantity Surveyor to join the UK branch of a leading international multi-disciplined construction consultancy in their central London office.
About the Role
Part of an international, multi-disciplinary consultancy, engineering and project management group employing over 6000 employees worldwide, my client's UK branch
branch was founded in 2010 and now functions from 2 offices. Working on projects with the National Trust, The Savoy, the NHS and the Oval Cricket Ground you'll be joining a highly reputable brand.
As an intermediate Quantity Surveyor you'll join the UK hub in the buzzing London office where hybrid work is encouraged. You'll work on a variety of projects from education, heritage, commercial, residential, hospitality and regeneration sectors ranging in values from the £500k mark right up to the hundreds of millions. You'll be given the responsibility to manage your own projects as well as work collaboratively on the larger ones.
About You
You will have a quantity surveying degree and be chartered MRICS or close to achieving so with my client's support. It's essential that you have a strong background within construction or property consultancy and will likely have a minimum of 4/5 year's experience.
