An excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a family run property development company, working on high-end residential projects in West London and the home counties.

About the Role

For over 25 years this family run firm has delivered bespoke residences for discerning clients, who demand a high finish to their homes. They also have a sister business that looks after regeneration and social hosing projects. Typical one off and high-end developments projects range from £2-10million construction value, with duties including working with estimating, tendering packages, carrying out valuations, variations and support of procurement.

You will work within the prime residential development side of the business as the sole Quantity Surveyor, working alongside the two directors on a luxury residential project from £6-7million just 15 minutes away from the office. Their head office is based in Uxbridge where you’ll be reporting into along with 9 others, with the occasional site visit or meeting.

About you

This role is suited to a Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working with a good level of autonomy, you will be used to and capable of running the commercials for single and multiple housing developments at any one time. You could come from a consultancy, house builder, developer or main contracting background.  Ideally you will be working toward your chartership or have aspirations of doing so.

  • Salary£50,000 - £60,000 per annum
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
