About the Role
Established over 11 years ago this small relatable team are currently managing over £500m worth of projects from their 4 offices in the UK, over a variety of sectors including commercial, mixed use, residential, healthcare and assisted living.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the new Manchester office you'll join a close knit team, working with a wide selection of clients including large corporates, individual occupiers, fund managers, investors, developers, Local Authorities, museums and loss assessors. You'll be given the responsibility to manage your own projects from inception to completion, both pre and post contract.
About You
You'll be a capable Senior Quantity Surveyor, comfortable working autonomously and experienced in managing your own projects. You'll either be chartered or close to achieving MRICS status. You will have a background in construction consultancy with experience in a relevant sector.
