Project Manager

One of our well-established client is looking for an Assistant Project Manager who is looking to take that next step and deliver prime and super prime projects in Central London

We are representing a well-established, London based multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking to grow their Project Management team. You'll be undertaking impressive, super prime residential projects ranging from £2m - £20 million, with the majority up to £10million based in the heart of London (including some in house counties)

As a Project Manager you will be working with some of the most exclusive clients alongside international interior designers and architects, taking high finish cutting edge developments from inception to completion, generating repeat business by maintaining strong relationships with some of the most exclusive clients and stakeholders, develop detailed project plans to track progress, meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.

Ideal Project Manager will have prior experience in delivering prime/super prime residential projects ranging with a minimum average project value of £5million, you will have a degree or higher in a construction related subject and be working toward a professional affiliation/qualification.
