Carriera is recruiting for a multi-disciplinary consultancy who work on some exciting retail fit-out and new build commercial schemes. Projects range from £100k to £2m. Typically, the consultancy works across EV charging points and roadside retail.

About the role

As a project manager, you will be leading your project(s) from inception to completion, site visits where appropriate, leading contractor interviewers, in-charge of appointing said contractors and ultimately delivering your project in-time and on-budget.

About you
You will be degree educated in either Building Surveying or Project Management, and be a member of RICS. In an ideal world, you will have CAT A+B commercial fit-out and/or retail experience and be open to national travel as and when appropriate.
