Project Manager

A great opportunity has presented itself for a Project Manager who is wanting to advance their skills and progress with a succesfull consultancy. You will be working on a rewarding modular housing project and become part of a successful, well-established consultancy with brilliant progression opportunities.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for contract administration, employer's agent duties such as negotiating tender from the contractor, prepare contract documents and presenting budgets and schedules. You will be working closely with other Project Managers, Programme Managers and Framework Managers, they will provide you with mentorship for you to succeed and progress within the company.

Ideally, you'll come from a building surveying or project management background, have a construction related qualification, technical knowledge and competence, negotiation, presentation and report writing skills and have the drive and passion to want to succeed.
