We are looking for a partner, project manager, to join, arguably, Oxford's premier construction and property consultancy, someone who wants to be the at the top of their game and be involved in the best projects Oxfordshire has to offer. You will work in a close knit team of projects managers, led by a much heralded and widely recognised partner. The team's workload is focused around higher education, sciences, technology and engineering, they have a some amazing projects in Oxfordshire and a delivery pipeline totalling £650m and are in need on a partner to help delivery and strengthen their work winning capabilities. Current projects range from £20m up to and in excess of £150m.
About you:
You will likely be an associate, project director or director/ partner, highly capable at delivery, managing a driving projects team and be used to working with signature architects. It is anticipated that you will be used to winning work through repeat business and have exposure of pitching and helping to win work.
It is expected that you will have a demonstrable track record, be well educated in a construction related course and be chartered with the RICS, IOB, APM or RIBA.
