Partner - Chartered Building Surveyor

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Partner to join an award-winning multi discipline practice in Birmingham. The industry leading organisation is looking to bring an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to lead the division to continue progression and growth.

My client is a sociable and friendly practice who takes great pride in their reputation, they provide accurate construction advice across the built environment. The forward-thinking organisation manages a prestigious client portfolio that includes some of the world's largest and interesting developers, financial institutions, automotive companies and blue-chip corporations.

You will lead the Building Consultancy division that includes over 20 building surveyors from Graduate to Associate level. A technical and managerial role which encompasses all disciplines, work is across the commercial, industrial, residential and education sectors. The successful Partner will manage important stakeholder relationships whilst spotting new business opportunities. The department is delivering several multimillion pound schemes across the Midlands, in addition the team has secured a pipeline of instructions into Q3 2023.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an existing Partner or a Senior Associate who is ready to make the step up into a Senior role. Being an integral part of the business making vital strategic decisions and being involved in growth plans is an essential responsibility. You will have a positive impact and say on the department and your hard work will be rewarded.
