Partner - Building Surveyor

Summary

We have been retained to secure a partner, building surveyor to take control of an existing workflow and build out a building surveying team in London.

About the position

Our client is a prolific property consultancy, a proper partnership, who are highly regarded and offer real progression. They employ in excess of 500 property professionals, have a nationwide presence and have a good presence in London.

The position will be focused on a commercial service offering, providing both project and professional advice to landlords, corporate occupiers and trusts.

About you

You are likely to be an associate or more junior partner/ director who is stifled or hit a glass ceiling and want the opportunity for a lead role. Being a time served building surveyor, you will have built a professional network and are likely to have a few loyal clients.

It is expected that you will be a chartered building surveyor.
