This is a great opportunity for a chartered building surveyor, to be a part of a privately-owned business, led by an experienced team of partners.
This well-regarded consultancy was established over 100 years ago, providing professional advice in building consultancy, planning & development, commercial agency and property management. They have an impressive portfolio of private clients in the commercial and residential space, and the reason for the immediate need is due to an increase in project work.
The type of work includes project monitoring CAT A & B Fitouts, through to project managing repairs on historic properties, working on behalf of livery companies. There will be an element of professional services, which will include dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, party wall, as well schedules of condition, defect diagnosis from time to time.
The successful candidate will be MRICS, newly qualified or a few years experienced. An influential communicator that can assist with business generation as well as providing the above services. You will be somebody that pays great attention to detail and can build/maintain relationships. You will have come from a commercial or high-end residential background and are capable in delivering projects up to £2m.
In return, the business provides a solid basic up to £60,000 along with bonus, pension, healthcare, RICS Fees, discount offers and more.
