As the Managing Quantity Surveyor and team lead you will join the transportation, infrastructure and procurement sector which has grown to 230 strong since our conception in 2019. They have since achieved exponential growth and a record revenue of £49.8 million in 2021, doubling the previous years figure of £24 million and aiming to double again in 2022. They are now looking to expand the individual teams across the UK with driven individuals.
About You
The successful candidate will be a driven, hungry individual who thrives in a team lead position and enjoys building, maintaining and managing client relationships. You will benefit from a clear route to directorship mapped out so will be keen to progress within your career. Your management style will lean towards a personal approach, seeking to develop less experienced individuals in your team through identifying and supporting opportunities for their career progression. You will be MRICS or equivalent and ideally have experience working with national highways before but more essentially have fulfilled management duties as a QS.
