Fantastic opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join 'Consultancy of the Year 2021' and work on large schemes within the residential and commercial property sectors in the head office in London.

About the Role

You could be part of an International consultancy, pronounced Consultancy of the Year 2021 with a turnover in excess of £200 million. From giant petrochemical plants to the world's tallest hotel in Dubai, and from London's Heathrow Airport to the Freedom Tower in New York they've been responsible for numerous award-winning successful projects. Flexible and remote working is a central part of my client's culture who very much encourage the hybrid model.

As a Managing Quantity Surveyor you will join the commercial property team of Quantity Surveyors in the large head office in London (3 days a week), working on projects ranging from £1m-£100m, particularly on large scale projects including high rise residential blocks and commercial office schemes.

About You

The successful candidate will be MRICS or equivalent and be able to demonstrate extensive experience in preparing estimates, tender and contract documentation in the commercial sector. You will be a driven individual keen to lead from the front who enjoys taking your own initiative to make decisions, manage project commercial teams and support and mentor colleagues.
