A leading construction consultancy is looking to add a Managing Building Surveyor to their team. The role is lead the London and South-East building surveying team. The department is delivering accurate construction advice across the commercial property, education, residential and health sectors.

You the successful Managing Building Surveyor will come from a proven technical background, have strong leadership skills and project a confident client facing demeanour. A well-rounded professional who has good motivation skills and is passionate about mentoring and offering support to junior members. The role is 80% technical and 20% managerial, you will liaise with senior managers and manage integral client relationships.
